Foam Concrete Limited has ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation, which means that our Quality Management System is applicable to the formulation of foam concrete mixes to customer specifications and the manufacture, supply and installation of foam concrete.
To ensure adherence to specification we:

Provide plans and method statements as well as risk assessments and COSHH data to the contractor for installing foam concrete fill.

Continually monitor our production process and utilise foam production equipment that adjusts to inline pressure changes in order that mix consistency is maintained.

Perform wet density checks, make test cubes and provide independently verified, regular test cube results on request by our customers, as well as for our own performance and quality monitoring.

Provide our exclusive, high-quality foaming agents PROVOTON and SYNVOTON, which are tested for quality and consistency before shipment.
