Mobile Dry Batching Plant
Capable of manufacturing up to 600m3 of high quality, lightweight foam concrete over the course of a normal working day and with the ability to pump in any direction, over distances of 0.5 kilometre, our technically advanced, mobile batching plant requires far fewer deliveries of raw materials to produce the finished material than would be the case if using a ready-mixed concrete company to supply a sand/cement slurry for foaming on site. Typically, we can manufacture around 109m3 of a 400 kg/m3 foam concrete from just one bulk powder tanker.
