Mobile Foam Generator
Our fleet of trailer-mounted foam generators, although extremely capable in servicing large pours, are especially useful on sites where a relatively small quantity of >1000 kg/m3 foam concrete is required, or where space on site is restricted.
These small but powerful units work by introducing pre-formed synthetic foam into specially designed, sand/cement slurry, which is delivered to site by concrete truck-mixer.
The foam is ‘folded’ into the slurry by the rotating action of the truck-mixers' drums and, when fully mixed, the resulting foam concrete may be discharged directly in the void, via a standard concrete pump or poured directly into the void from the truck-mixers' discharge chutes as required.
