The state of the art, mobile on-site batching equipment operated throughout the UK by Foam Concrete Ltd, allows the manufacture and placement of high-quality lightweight foam concrete in a smooth, continuous operation at rates of up to 100 cubic metres per operating hour and well designed mixes can be effortlessly pumped - under relatively low pressure - for distances up to 800 metres from the batching plant.
Additionally, since foam is the largest volume contributer in foam concrete, by using this equipment, far fewer deliveries of raw materials are required to produce the foamed material.
